Creating IAM Users (Console)

You can use the AWS Management Console to create IAM users.

Log into https://aws.amazon.com and sign with your earlier created root account.

Click on My Account on the Right-hand top.

Click on Edit under “IAM User and Role Access to Billing Information” and check “Activate IAM Access” and click on Update.

Click on “My Account” and choose the “AWS Management Console” from the drop-down menu. Once you have signed in with your root user and password type “IAM” in the search bar and select the suggested result.

Click the “customize” button and change the name of IAM users sign-in link accordingly and then click the “users” button on the left-hand pane.

Then on the succeeding page click the “Add user” button. And Enter the desired name you will like to use.

Set user details name of the user and Select AWS access type check on AWS Management Console access and click on Next: Permissions

Click on the Attach existing policies directly search “bill” in the search bar you get 2 results AWSBillingReadOnlyAccess and Billing check Billing and click Next: Tag

Add tags it is optional you can key name and value according to you and click on Next: Review

Review your choices. After you create the user, you can view and download the auto-generated password Click on Create user

Select the “Attach existing policies directly” and check the “Administrator Access” row as shown in the image above. Click review and ensure the details are as desired and hit the “create user” button on the preceding page.

After creating the user please “download .csv file” and save it on your local machine or keep it securely in some folder.

Save the “Access key ID” and “Secret access key” in a text file and keep it securely for future reference.

Creating a Google Cloud project:

• Login to your account at https://cloud.google.com
• Click on sign-in

Click on Console

Once logged in > Click on Create project

In the New Project form, enter a project name, click that you agree to the terms of service, and click Create.

Adding the user to the project:

• After Creating a New project to add user accounts to your project on Google Cloud Platform please follow the steps.
• From your Google Cloud Platform dashboard, navigate to IAM & Admin > IAM.

Next, click the “ADD” icon at the top of the page to add a new user to your project.

In the “Members” field, enter the Gmail address of the user you want to add to your project. In the “Roles” field, select the permissions that you will grant to the user. If you give them owner permissions, they will have unlimited access to your Google Cloud Platform website project.

Select the role > click on save

• Inform the user to check the Gmail Inbox and click on the invite link and Accept the invitation 
• Once user Accepted the invitation they can access to the project

Adding a payment method:

In the Google Cloud Console, go to the Billing > Manage Billing Accounts page.

Provide the Email address of your teammate and select the following option.

Once your Teammate is added to SendGrid he will be getting an email and please inform to set up the profile and fill in the following information.

Once completed your teammate can login to your account. 

Set Up Domain Authentication

• To set up Domain Authentication > Go to Settings > Sender Authentication

• Click on get started on Domain Authentication

• Select the Domain name server host and click Next
• Provide Domain you send from

• Install the DNS Record in the DNS Section of your domain provider

• Click to send to a coworker to confirm the details

• Mention Coworker email address and click send to confirm

Adding payment information in send grid Account:

1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Account Details. 
2. Click on your products and Select the plans Accordingly and make the payment

Create a New Sub Account from Console

Login to your account at www.twilio.com/console

• From the Console Dashboard, click Settings > Subaccounts.

• Click Create a new Sub Account

• Enter the subaccount name, and then click Create.

• Once the account is created you can check under the Master sub-accounts 

Switching to the main project click on the project name above to the Dashboard and switch to the different projects.

Adding a new credit card or Paypal account to your Twilio project:

Adding a payment method is required when upgrading a Twilio project, but this can be added to or changed at any time. You can have multiple payment methods stored on your account, consisting of both credit cards and Paypal accounts.

Activating Access to the Billing and Cost Management Console

To be able to grant your IAM users access to your account’s Billing and Cost Management console, you must activate the functionality.

To activate IAM user access to the Billing and Cost Management console

1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console with your root account credentials (the email address and password that you used to create your AWS account). Don’t sign in with your IAM user credentials.
2. On the navigation bar, choose your account name, and then choose My Account.
3. Next to IAM User Access to Billing Information, choose Edit.
4. Select the Activate IAM Access check box to activate access to the Billing and Cost Management pages. You can now use IAM policies to control which pages a user can access.

After you have activated IAM user access, you can attach IAM policies to grant or deny access to specific billing features. For more information about using policies to grant IAM users access to Billing and Cost Management features,

• Login to GoDaddy and go to your account.

From there, you’ll see an Account Settings dropdown, from which you choose Delegate Access.

In your GoDaddy account, choose Delegate Access from the Account Settings dropdown.

• On the right, if you’re on a desktop machine, is the box People who can access my account.

Click Grant Access.

• Enter the details of your developer.
